We believe that fulfilling work, based on your unique strengths and interests, is possible with the right tools.

At Wayfinder College and Career, we've seen too many talented people struggle with career confusion, from high school students stressed about college choices to young adults job-hopping in search of fulfillment.

At Wayfinder College and Career, we've seen too many talented people struggle with career confusion, from high school students stressed about college choices to young adults job-hopping in search of fulfillment. This practice started because we believe clarity about education and career paths doesn’t need to be stressful or difficult.

Jennifer Wiley has 25+ years of experience in education and coaching. Her connection to Wayfinder College & Career dates back to 2018, 2019, and 2023, when she used these services for her three daughters during their college search processes. In 2024, she joined the Wayfinder (previously Successful Transitions) team and assumed ownership in early 2025. Professionally, she brings a wealth of experience in coaching, public, private, and home education. Most recently, she served as a College Advisor, a key member of the Administrative Team, and as Director of Admissions at an independent private school. She also works alongside families and individuals as an ADHD coach and educator. Jennifer's passion lies in helping individuals discover and harness their unique gifts.

Debbie Bouse founded Successful Transitions, now Wayfinder College & Career, in 2004 because she knew how beneficial an education, whether at a traditional university or on-site in a vocational setting, could be. She understood that for many people, the act of discerning the right path to walk down is not only stressful, but also unnecessarily difficult due to a lack of proper tools and coaching. She made it her goal to give people the tools and guidance they need to successfully negotiate educational and career transitions in a way that is financially reasonable and time effective. Debbie coached students and young professionals for 20 years and now acts in an advisory role.
